We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team and play a crucial role in Silvercreek's growth. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, particularly in the HOA and real estate sectors, while building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with board members and community leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling professional services within a subscription or annual agreement model, along with an understanding of the HOA management landscape in California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek and acquire new accounts that align with Silvercreek’s service offerings, focusing on HOA and real estate sectors.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aimed at expanding the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HOA board members, industry professionals, and key business partners.
  • Utilize targeted data, CRM tools, and marketing strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring efficient sales administration and smooth deal flow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction for a successful client onboarding experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to advise clients effectively and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly quotas and business volume targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in professional services, preferably with a focus on selling to boards and committees in a subscription or annual agreement environment.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proven ability to sell based on value rather than price.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Expertise in CRM systems and other sales-related software for tracking and managing sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and proactively address account, revenue, and pipeline challenges.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable with both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous professional development.
  • Previous experience in HOA management is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to client meetings and adjust to evening schedules as needed.

Compensation:

  • Competitive 50/50 On-Target Earnings (OTE) structure based on achieving annual quotas. Salary range with On-Target Earnings (OTE) $120-$160k.
  • Base salary paid bi-monthly, with commissions paid monthly based on performance goals.

Job Type: HOA Portfolio Manager Manager – Professional Services (HOA Management)

Job Overview:

Silvercreek Association Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced HOA Portfolio Manager to join our team in California. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of homeowner associations (HOAs), ensuring exceptional management and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, financial activities, and communications of various associations within the portfolio.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple homeowner associations, ensuring compliance with all association governing documents and state laws.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Board members, residents, and vendors.
  • Coordinate and attend Board meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas, packets, and minutes.
  • Implement Board decisions and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure property maintenance standards are met.
  • Manage and approve vendor contracts, supervise maintenance and repair activities, and ensure quality workmanship and completion on schedule.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets for each association, monitor financial performance, and provide financial reports to the Board.
  • Address homeowner inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Facilitate communication between homeowners, board members, and relevant parties through newsletters, community updates, and other communication tools.
  • Advise and assist Board members on the enforcement of community rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel on issues involving association matters as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HOA management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment of homeowner’s associations in California.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • CAM (Certified Association Manager) or similar certification preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused attitude with high level of discretion and professionalism.
